-This course is suitable for who have RQF and existing tutors.  The course is designed for people who would like to become a professional,  internal and external examiners.  Through this course you will be able to master the examining plan, supervise the exam, on-site review, write professional internal and external reports in professional field. 

-For you to become more professional and be able to reach higher level in training and education as an examiners for your career plan ahead.

Module 1

Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding  

• Be able to prepare assessments of vocational skills, knowledge an understanding

• Be able to carry out assessments of vocational skills, knowledge and understanding

• Be able to provide required information following the assessment of vocational skills, knowledge and understanding

• Be able to maintain legal and good practice requirements when assessing vocational skills, knowledge and understanding

 

Module 2

Understanding the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment

• Understand the context and principles of internal quality assurance

• Understand how to plan the internal quality assurance of assessment

• Understand techniques and criteria for monitoring the quality of assessment internally

• Understand how to internally maintain and improve the quality of assessment 

• Understand how to manage information relevant to the internal quality assurance of assessment

• Understand the legal and good practice requirements for the internal quality assurance of assessment

 

Module 3

Understanding the principles and practices of externally assuring the quality of assessment  

• Understand the context and principles of external quality assurance

• Understand how to plan the external quality assurance of assessment

• Understand how to externally evaluate the quality of assessment and internal quality.

• Understand how to manage information relevant to external quality assurance

• Understand the legal and good practice requirements relating to external quality assurance
