(A)  Applying Products exchange

 

1.     Please return your products with originalpacking to Grandway International Education returning centre.

2.     In order to process your exchange andrefund smoothly please mark your name and telephone no. clearly.

3.     Once we received your products we willcheck the products thoroughly before credit to your Grandway InternationalEducation account. (Cannot exchange to cash). You may log in to your ‘Myaccount’ to check.

4.     You may also exchange other products atGrandway International Educatiopostage excluded

(B)  Applying products refund

2.     Please email us the return product name,date of purchase and reason of returning for refund.  

3.     Once submitted our customer service willcontact you within 24 hrs.

4.     Submitting refund application (Cash /banktransfer refund normally take 3 working days)

5.     Remarks: online purchase refundapplication, there will be 4% bank service charge and it may take up to 14working days.

-         Returning centre is only for receiving returnproduct, is not for exchange or other services,

-         Customers sending their return productsmust take their own risk.  We recommendyou to use registered mail or courier. You may also return in person. 

-         Refund will process on the day ofreceiving products, normally takes 3 working days.
