(A) Applying Products exchange
1. Please return your products with originalpacking to Grandway International Education returning centre.
2. In order to process your exchange andrefund smoothly please mark your name and telephone no. clearly.
3. Once we received your products we willcheck the products thoroughly before credit to your Grandway InternationalEducation account. (Cannot exchange to cash). You may log in to your ‘Myaccount’ to check.
4. You may also exchange other products atGrandway International Educatio（postage excluded）

1. Go to “My order” to confirm product received andyou will see refund application.
2. choose the products need to refund, to improveour quality of service please explain the reason of refund.
3. Once submitted, it may take 14 working days toprocess.
4. Remarks: In case of insufficient number ofstudents, we will notify you the change of class date or you may choose torefund. ATM/EPS/UnionPay/CC/Paypal/Payme/AlipayHK/WechatPay/Octopus refundsthere will be 4% bank charge and it takes 14 working days to process.
5. Any reason if you need to transfer, there willbe $500 administration charge.
6. Please note, if any reason you need to withdrawand refund there will be administration charge:
- HK$2999 or below – administrationcharge is $250
- HK$3000-HK$5999 –administration charge is $500
- HK$6000 or more – administration charge is $1000
1. If notify our centre or any reason youcannot attend 3 days before class, there will be No Refund.
2. All the International training course mustbe 100% attendance and there will be no substitute class. No refund 3 daysbefore class.
