要做好流行性疾病的預防,大家要時刻注意做好防寒保暖的工作,還應晚睡早起,在陽光中散步域行,舒展腰身四肢, 適當運動
驚蟄時氣候亦比較乾燥,人易ロ乾舌燥,咽痛音啞,此時吃梨既可生津潤肺,又可止咳化痰,而且梨富含果酸,鐵質,維生素等, 比較適宜此季食用,而民間有說是“梨”與“離”諧音,意思是要與害蟲遠離。
