原來係咁嘅之坐月必食滋補湯

好味!做法簡單!

材料:
麻油50ml
雞1隻或6隻雞腿
薑片6至10片 *中意可以多啲
米酒1支
水落到淹過食材 *可以用米酒代

1.落麻油中小火將薑片煸炒,
記得不要用大火,因為麻油會變苦
(這部份需要有點耐心,可能要十分鐘左右吧,慢慢的把薑煸炒到沒有水份,仿彿炸過的一般)
2. 加入雞肉大火翻炒小小金黃色
3. 接著加入料理米酒(可以的話就全酒不要加水)
4. 水或者米酒加到淹過食材的高度,開大火滾後轉中火
5. 蓋上鍋蓋燉煮大約30分鐘就非常入味好吃囉!
起鍋前,灑點鹽巴調味風味更佳
*如果中意食紅棗及杞子最後15分鐘落鍋煮*

經過大火煮滾以後,酒味不會很濃,
家裡陣陣麻油飄香,肉也被燉得很嫩囉

麻油雞:具有促進血液循環、祛寒、活血調經之效,雞肉能提供身體所需的優質蛋白質。對於坐月及想滋補人士最佳食物
