Course Introduction

To be able to master Prenatal Breast Care and Prolactin massage technique, Postnatal Prolactin technique, breast care and breast lift massage. Through unblocking the breast, breastfeeding and prolactin technique to help the mother who's lack of breast milk, breast swelling and breast infection and help the mother to breast-feed correctly and healthily to solve their lactation problem so the breast milk can run smoothly.

Unit 1: Prenatal breast care

Structure and function of mammary gland, blocked ducts and mastitis prevent methods
Benefits and importance of breast care and massage during pregnancy
Pregnant women massage safety rules and prohibition
Prenatal Breast care and massage techniques

Unit 2: Postpartum breast care

Postpartum breast care products and precautions
Nipple protection methods and breastfeeding techniques during breastfeeding periods
Helps increase breast milk and nutrition eating methods
Breast uplifting care & massage skills

Unit 3: Breastfeeding massage

Main 12 acupoint names and effects of breastfeeding massage
The types of breastfeeding assist tools and use methods
The importance of relieving emotions helps increase breast milk with the cases sharing
Breastfeeding massage therapy skills
